BookedBestie is run by Columbiana Studios. These terms cover using bookedbestie.com and buying a BookedBestie stylist website. By joining the list or applying, you agree to them.
For clients
Joining the early-access list is free. BookedBestie shows you stylists who have done the look you want and sends you to that stylist's own booking page. Your appointment, deposit and payment are between you and the stylist, under the stylist's own policies. BookedBestie doesn't take part in the booking and can't guarantee a stylist's work, prices or availability.
For stylists
- Applying is free. We review every application and may decline any of them. You pay nothing until we approve you and send you a payment link.
- What $250 gets you: one website built from your own TikTok videos and booking menu, and a listing on BookedBestie under the looks you do. It's a one-time price with no monthly fee.
- Already have a website? A BookedBestie listing without a new website is $99, one time. We list up to 6 of your looks, linked to your own site and booking page.
- Your booking stays yours. Clients book through the booking page you already use. You set your own prices and policies.
- Updates: adding new looks after your site or listing is live is a paid update: $39 for one update (up to 6 new looks), or $29 a month for up to 6 new looks every month. You can cancel the monthly plan anytime and it stops at the end of that month, with no refund for the month already paid. Nothing is charged without your OK.
- No refunds: all payments are final. The $250 website fee, the $99 listing fee and update fees aren't refundable, so we only send a payment link after we've approved you and you've said yes.
- Hosting: you pay for your own website hosting and domain. We give you hosting options and help you set it up. Our hosting link is an affiliate link, so we may earn a commission if you buy through it, at no extra cost to you.
Your content
You confirm the videos, photos and booking details you send us are yours, or that you have permission to use them. You let us show them on your website and on BookedBestie, and in BookedBestie posts that credit you. You can ask us to take any of it down at any time. You keep ownership of your work.
Creator links
Some people come to BookedBestie through a creator's link. That link only tells us who to credit. It never changes your price.
Things you agree not to do
Don't post someone else's work as yours, give false information, or use BookedBestie to spam or harass anyone. We can remove a listing that breaks these terms.
Limits
We work to keep BookedBestie running and accurate, but it's provided as is. We don't promise any number of bookings, clients or income. To the extent the law allows, Columbiana Studios' total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the past 12 months.
Changes
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. If a change affects a website you've paid for, we'll email you first.
